Materials available in the AMBC (Agile Manufacturing Benchmarking Consortium) On-Line™ service are protected by copyright law. Copyright © 2000, The Benchmarking Network, Inc. All rights reserved.

AMBC (Agile Manufacturing Benchmarking Consortium) ON-LINE™ hereby grants members of the AMBC (Agile Manufacturing Benchmarking Consortium) ON-LINE™ service permission to utilize and view materials available in the AMBC (Agile Manufacturing Benchmarking Consortium) ON-LINE™ service. While no pecuniary compensation is required in consideration of this permission, AMBC ON-LINE™ service does not allow for the dissemination of materials beyond the group or to third parties that are not members of AMBC™.

No part of the materials available in the AMBC (Agile Manufacturing Benchmarking Consortium) ON-LINE™ may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of AMBC (Agile Manufacturing Benchmarking Consortium) ON-LINE™. Any other reproduction in any form without the permission of AMBC (Agile Manufacturing Benchmarking Consortium) ON-LINE™ is prohibited. Distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.

Member agrees to indemnify AMBC On-Line™ against liability for any and all use of the service.

WARRANTY

AMBC On-Line™ assumes no liability and makes no warranties for the information in its on-line service, without limitation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE USE

AMBC On-Line™ has the right to refuse use to anyone, without reason, at any time and without notice.

WHO MAY APPLY FOR USE

Applications for AMBC On-Line™ shall be made on the form provided in paper or on-line formats. AMBC™ shall retain the right of acceptance/rejection of any application based on the stated agreements of the judgment of the administrator.

CHANGES TO SERVICES

AMBC On-Line™ may make changes to services or cancel the service or suspend free users and begin to charge fees for its use at any time by providing notice in this license agreement.
